01Is it just the website, or the systems behind it too?
Both, built by one team. The site, the CRM it feeds, the integrations between your tools and any web app your team needs. You do not have to coordinate a designer, a developer and a CRM consultant, and nothing gets lost between them.
02What does a project cost?
A fixed price, agreed before we start. We do not invoice extra for anything that was in the quote. You get the estimate after the first conversation, once we know specifically what you need.
03How long does a project take?
It depends what we are building. A brochure site is considerably quicker than an online store wired into invoicing and stock. We agree the schedule together before we start, against what the project actually has to do, and we keep to it.
04Do we have to use Zoho?
No. We are a Zoho Premium Partner, so if you use Zoho or want to, we know it inside out. If you run something else, tell us what it is and we will say whether connecting it is a small job or a project.
05Who owns the site once it is live?
You do, with every credential handed over. Hosting, maintenance and support are available as an optional monthly plan, and you are not tied to us in order to keep using what we built.
06Can I run the site myself?
Yes. Handover includes a walkthrough of how it all works, so you can change copy, images and products without calling us.
07What if I do not like the design?
You approve the visual direction before development begins. If the direction is wrong, we change it at concept stage rather than after launch.
08Do you work with companies outside your cities?
Yes. We work across the UK, Romania, Germany and Italy, and most of it happens online. For larger projects we travel.
